8.1 SMS Program Description

Outright Ecom Inc. offers an SMS messaging program to users who opt in. By opting in, you consent to receive text messages from Outright Ecom Inc. at the phone number you provided. We send two categories of messages:

Transactional messages: appointment reminders, scheduling confirmations, follow-up messages, and booking-related communications
Promotional messages: marketing messages, special offers, program announcements, and promotional content related to our services

You must separately consent to each category of messages. Consent to transactional messages does not automatically enroll you in promotional messages, and vice versa.

Consent to receive promotional SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.

8.2 Message Frequency

Message frequency will vary depending on the type of messages and your interactions with us:

For transactional messages: frequency depends on your scheduled appointments and interactions (typically 1 to 5 messages per scheduled appointment)
For promotional messages: you may receive up to 10 marketing messages per month

8.3 Opt-Out / Cancellation

You can cancel SMS messaging at any time. To opt out, reply STOP to any text message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send you a final confirmation message, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

If you want to rejoin, you can opt in again through our website at aidropshippingbuilder.com. Opting out of SMS will not affect your enrollment in any purchased program or service.

8.5 Carrier Liability

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and from you to us. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
